The outbreak includes 78 female and 76 male cases, and has resulted in 55 visits to emergency departments and two admissions to pediatric intensive care.
Eighty of the cases have involved children aged one to nine, 30 have been in infants one or under and 44 cases have been in people 10 and older.
The province says no deaths have been reported.
Public health teams in the region are offering evening clinic appointments and additional time-slots to make immunizations more convenient and accessible for families in the area.
