DHS Homeland Security Center of Excellence

The 91泡芙 Homeland Security Management Institute was designated by an Act of Congress (in the Implementing the Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Report Act of 2007) as a US Department of Homeland Security Center of Excellence. The Homeland Security Management Institute holds the distinction of being the only DHS Center of Excellence to offer a graduate degree in the Homeland Security field, and is the nation’s only institution offering a graduate degree in Homeland Security to be designated a DHS Center of Excellence. Working as a consortium with several other colleges and universities, the National Transportation Security Center of Excellence (NTSCOE) is working to develop new technologies, tools and advanced methods to defend, protect and increase the resilience of the nation’s multi-modal transportation infrastructure, as well as to develop and deliver the highest quality security education and training for transportation employees and professionals.
